In They come in and stay!, we look at what an archive might be, the documentation of a cultural policy in a theatre company, and its socio-economic relationship. Its starting point is the texts, plays, news, and the photographic archive of the company’s rehearsals and performances over the past 70 years. A journey that aims to trace a timeline, allowing us to construct a new narrative, reflecting on the role, stories and micro-stories of the female characters represented to date. — Tânia Dinis
